Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment is received. Processing time is separate from the estimated transit time below.

Shipping Rates

Orders under US$79: US$5.90 standard shipping.
Orders of US$79 or more: Free standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 6–12 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, or peak shipping periods may extend delivery times.

Import Duties and Taxes

Totemia Jewels covers any applicable import duties and taxes on your order. You will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

If a carrier requests payment of import charges, please contact us at totemiajewels@gmail.com before making any payment so we can help resolve the issue.
